Thank you for visiting our page. If your phone system is not currently playing a customized On Hold messaging program, we would certainly be glad to speak with you about the benefits of subscribing to one. On Hold Marketing has been creating fully customized On Hold programs for business telephone systems nationwide since 1989. We do almost all of the work, including the script-writing, editing, studio production, archiving and updating. We create a full 6 minute program, using male AND female voice talent. We know that your callers aren’t actually on hold for 6 minutes, but as they call in frequently, they hear different messages instead of the same ones over and over again (depending a bit on how your phone system is set up).

There are a few technical items for us to discuss in order to determine if your phone system can support our service. So when you call us, it would be helpful to know:

• Phone system type (it could be written on your desktop phone, or on the control box in a telephone closet, or maybe it’s an internet service of sorts)
• The number of locations you have
